These terms apply when you use getsteadywalk.com and when you buy or use our digital products. By purchasing, you agree to them.
SteadyWalk sells digital educational products (written guides, printables, and related materials) for dog owners. Products are delivered digitally and are for your own personal use.
Our products are educational. They are not veterinary advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for working in person with a qualified professional. Dogs are individuals and results vary. If your dog has bitten a person or another animal, shows aggression, or if a behavior appears suddenly or worsens quickly, please consult a veterinarian, a veterinary behaviorist, or a credentialed behavior consultant before using our materials. You are responsible for your own and your dog's safety.
Checkout, payment, tax, and delivery are handled by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. Gumroad's checkout terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown at checkout; any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and remitted by Gumroad.
If within 30 days of purchase you feel the product wasn't worth what you paid, email hello@getsteadywalk.com and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no hassle. (Refunds are issued through Gumroad.)
We describe methods honestly and never promise a specific result by a specific date. "10-Day" names the structure of the protocol, not a guaranteed outcome. Your results depend on your dog, your consistency, and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyWalk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
