This policy explains what personal data SteadyWalk ("we", "us") collects when you visit getsteadywalk.com or buy our digital products, and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and sell our products.

Who we are

SteadyWalk publishes educational products for dog owners. You can reach us any time at hello@getsteadywalk.com.

What we collect

When you visit the site: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard server/log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to serve the page and protect against abuse.
Advertising & analytics cookies: we may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar measurement tools to understand which ads bring visitors and whether a purchase followed. These set cookies and share limited event data with the advertising platform. See "Your choices" below to opt out.
When you buy: checkout and payment are handled entirely by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. Your name, email, payment details and billing/tax location are collected and processed by Gumroad — not stored by us. Gumroad calculates and remits any applicable VAT/sales tax. If you email us: we keep your message and email address so we can reply and provide support (including handling refund requests).

How we use it

To deliver and secure the website and our products.
To provide customer support and process refunds.
To measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the business run: Gumroad (payments, product delivery, tax), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), and advertising/analytics platforms such as Meta where their pixel is active. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Your rights & choices

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@getsteadywalk.com and we'll help.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out of personalised ads through your Meta/ad-platform settings and your browser's privacy controls.
For purchase data held by Gumroad, you can also contact Gumroad directly.

Data retention

We keep support emails and business records only as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete them.
